Information

The Costume Levy will be invoiced to your second term account and is due and payable by the end of May. Concert/ Costume hire fees are charged at $45 for the first costume. Additional costumes $25 Costume levy charges are non refundable.
Please note that this levy fee covers theatre hire, studio hire, staff costs and all administration pertaining to the end of year concert. It also covers the hire of your child’s costumes for the concert.

PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CONCERT TICKETS

Ballet students from Prep Level 1 upward participate in ballet exams. These usually take place in mid August at the studio. All students will receive a detailed report. Students eligible for exams will be chosen at the discretion of the Principal.

Please Remember: It is totally unacceptable for parents to drop their children off at the theatre for the concert and choose not to buy a ticket to watch their children perform. All parents need to be in the audience for the entire concert, and must collect their children promptly at the Stage Door at the conclusion of the performance.

It is expected that all students participate in the concert. Those not able to commit to all rehearsals will be unable to take part. ALL DRESS REHEARSALS ARE COMPULSORY. Students MUST remain backstage until the conclusion of the concert. Backstage access will not be permitted during the interval or the performance. Children may not sit in the audience wearing their costume. It is a policy of the theatre that no parents will be permitted backstage. Teachers and our official backstage crew will each be assigned to a group of children.
