CLASSICAL BALLET EXAMS: UPDATE: In 2020, we have made a decision not to run ballet exams for this year. We will resume the examination process in 2021. Apologies to anyone this may affect.

All ballet students from Prep Level 1 upward participate in ballet exams., however these will not take place in 2020, but will resume in 2021. These usually take place  in May  at the studio. All students will receive a detailed report. Students who attend two ballet classes per week will also receive a Certificate.

Please Remember: It is totally unacceptable for parents to drop their children off at the theatre for the concert and choose not to buy a ticket to watch their children perform. All parents need to be in the audience for the entire concert, and must collect their children promptly at the Stage Door at the conclusion of the performance.

It is expected that all students participate in the concert. Those not able to commit to all rehearsals will be unable to take part. ALL DRESS REHEARSALS ARE COMPULSORY. Students MUST remain backstage until the conclusion of the concert. Backstage access will not be permitted during the interval or the performance. Children may not sit in the audience wearing their costume. It is a policy of the theatre that no parents will be permitted backstage.Teachers and our  official backstage crew will each be assigned to a group of children.
